PR SHORE RENTAL – LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE

By renting and operating a moped from PR Shore Rental (“Company”), I agree to the following:

  1. I am at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
  2. I understand that riding a moped involves risks, including serious injury or death, from traffic, road conditions, weather, other drivers, and my own actions.
  3. I accept full responsibility for my own safety and the safety of any passenger. I will wear a helmet and follow all traffic laws of Puerto Rico.
  4. I am not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any condition that may impair my ability to operate the moped safely.
  5. I agree to inspect the moped before use and notify the Company of any issues before leaving. Once I leave, I accept the moped as being in good working condition.
  6. I accept full financial responsibility for any damage, loss, theft, fines, or towing fees that occur during my rental period, including damage caused by me, my passenger, or third parties.
  7. To the fullest extent allowed by law, I release and hold harmless PR Shore Rental, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liability arising out of or related to my rental or use of the moped, including those caused by ordinary negligence.
  8. I understand that this waiver applies to me, my heirs, executors, and assigns, and that I am giving up certain legal rights by signing it.

I have read and understood this Liability Waiver & Release. I agree to be bound by its terms.

Liability Waiver & Release

By signing this document, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of the liability waiver. You agree to release the organization from any claims arising from participation in the activities provided.
